What problem would you like to solve?

A lot of public schools teachers do not have opportunities to learn from each other and build networks.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Public school teachers are the backbone of our society, yet they are not given enough opportunity to skill-share, debrief, and get to know other teachers from other schools.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

I propose a monthly cross-borough Teachers Appreciation Breakfast, where teachers can build a network of teachers, learn skills, and practice share with one another.

    Who would that help?

Public school teachers (and of course students!)

What NYC borough would benefit from your idea?

    Queens
