Program (non profits) to service immigrant families in the area of language acquisition and proficiency in the form of afterschool program staffing and curriculum.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
This topic should receive more funding to programs that service immigrant population and their children in the area of language. Funding to go into hiring more second language teachers or paras to support homework help as well as esol programs for the parents..
