    Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

    immigrant families want to keep their language and maintain links to their culture. bilingualism is a job skill and bilingual workers are necessary to implement language access policies

    What idea do you have to address the problem?

    pay immigrants to share their language skills and offer free language classes to children of immigrants or other community members. train them to become teachers and have job experience while they are getting established in America.
