What problem would you like to solve?

The problem that we would like to solve is the unfair hiring practices that have been plaguing the work industry.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This is important to solve because individuals have begun complaining about the racism and sexism they have faced when attempting to get jobs. Many places would refuse to hire a qualified worker simply because of their sex or ethnicity.  

What idea do you have to address the problem?

An idea to combat this issue creating and handing out fair hiring practices to employers to implement into their hiring methods.

This would help those having a hard time looking for jobs.
