What problem would you like to solve?

Getting your first job can be hard, especially if you don't have experience or know how to present yourself to a business.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

The youth is our future, so to be able to have a system where they will be set up for success would help out our economy and community.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Having job fairs once a month in community centers where job recruiters come and explain what they are looking for even if they have no experience and have counselors for teens to be able to go to and ask for tips for building a resume and what to say during interviews.
