The problem I would like to solve is the tax return

It is important because in this city the more you work the less you earn. I think it's important for the community because everyone works hard to earn money.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

I think the City should consider taking out a smaller sum from our paycheck.

Who would that help?

That would help people who work hard. They will receive what I think is fair for them.
