What problem would you like to solve?

The problem I would like to see solved is the racial injustice that has been seen in my community within the justice system

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This is important to solve because people have been loosing their lives to this issue. Many cops need to keep up with the advancement in society and also remember that they are people too. This is relevant in my community because the injustice that happens is creating a disrespectful and un safe area.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Issuing more cop training and having the trainings given more than just once a year. The cops should spend time with the community possibly enrolling in a program that allows them to work directly with the community and see the needs.
