The issue in Elmhurst - there is a disconnect of outreach to the labor workers in our nearby parks and the small businesses deeply affected with lay offs and revenue loss due to the pandemic.

The intersection of workers' rights and aid in ensuring proper measures of staffed businesses is relevant in maintaining community ecosystems that are mutually benefiting from each other

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Non Profit Trust Fund-> Day Care Workers + Senior Center Attendees -> (hired by) Small Businesses facing staff shortage-> a margin of the profits goes back to the community trust fund.
