Promoting vendors from W.H. and inwood to vend at annual medieval festival

Avatar: Official proposal Official proposal

What problem would you like to solve?

I read that the Fort Tyron Cloisters have an annual Medieval Festival, but i the end, local W.H. and Inwood vendors did not represent many of the vendors that were there.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It's extremely important because 1) this huge event could be an annual "boom" of financial $ for small businesses for a local event that draws 1000s of visitors. $ could support our community instead of outside vendors that take $ and leave.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

I want a marketing plan startup as soon as possible so it ensures local businesses submit to participate in next year's medieval fair.

Who would that help?

Local businesses for sure!

What neighborhood would benefit from your idea?

Washington Heights/Inwood
