Neighborhood degeneration

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

We used to have stores, fish market, etc. Now its just empty. Brownsville as a whole needs rebuilding but to bring back our shops would be great.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Small shops to keep and generate money in our neighborhood and help with the upkeep and a look a Belmont Ave/Brownsville

The community and Brooklyn.
