What is the problem your idea aims to address?
Young people in our community hold immense creative talent, yet many lack access to artistic opportunities and professional networks. This program aims to bridge that gap by providing students with direct exposure to NYC’s rich arts and cultural ecosystem. Through internships, workshops, and mentorship, students learn that careers in the arts are not only possible—but vital to shaping community identity, storytelling, and cultural preservation.
