Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Set up a program for students in extracurricular activities to be match up with community members who have experience in similar fields they will act as mentors, giving advice and going to competitions. For example, adults with experience and engineering or robotic activities, high school or college could mentor high school or middle school robotics programs.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
Many students in afterschool activities cannot participate in competitions because they don’t have chaperones or mentors.
