Fixing Disparities in School Systems

Idea Submission for The People's Money:
We want to create a free program which consists of a tutoring field of underprivileged children in math-specifically in multiplication, finical literacy, and the SAT- all while providing athletic campuses in common sports, like basketball, soccer, and swimming.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
This topic should receive more funding since students lack necessary skills for the workforce. Disparities exist across income levels for students, especially in underfunded schools, and rudimentary math skills are not strong in younger students.
Which groups does your idea focus on? Select all that apply
Youth (under 24)
People with Disabilities
Immigrants / Migrants
