Employment for All

A community-based initiative that helps residents gain stable employment and start their own businesses by offering job training, entrepreneurship classes, and small-business funding. The program would provide hands-on workforce skills, teach participants how to launch and manage a business, and offer micro-grants to help local entrepreneurs get started. By building practical skills and supporting new business ideas, the initiative strengthens the community, increases economic opportunity, and creates long-term pathways to success.
