CUNY should provide students with OMNY card after earning thousands of dollars for one semester
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
Education should receive more funding because not all schools have enough supplies as they need and students should have textbooks for free from their colleges. And spend money for CUNY too because they pay a whole tuition by themself but CUNY can't even provide them with OMNY card.
