More programs that teach older people and/or people who don't have access to the education they need to engage meaningfully with their community.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
Not only schools need more funding, but we need more funding for people who may be older and don't have access to important info about their community and don't have access to the necessary education that will help them engage with the city and change their lives.
