Through learning and interactive experiences, individuals discover how their strengths can translate into a fulfilling career in NYC's art and cultural sector. Towards the end of the program, students are supported in finding internships and accessing resources to further build their skills in local private, nonprofit, or public organizations or centers</div></dd>
