Say No to Subway Surfing

I think that there a lot of kids that are subway surfing and dying. There should be police on the train

When the train comes, the police should thoroughly look at the carts up and down and the middle. Then they should give signals to the conductor to go. I also think the it is a good idea to bring this topic to schools and afterschool.
