Idea Submission for The People's Money:: Focus on direct job placement and certification. NYC bridge to work program. Fund a partnership between community-based organizations and local businesses to offer paid, short-term certification courses followed by a guaranteed job interview or partnership with an apprentice company. The program will provide multi-lingual support
