Idea Submission for The People's Money:: Working with faith communities and local food pantries, we would like to hire transportation services who can deliver pantry goods to homebound individuals. The faith communities can collect applications and addresses to deliver to homebound individuals at least twice during the week and once during the weekends.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?: Those who are elderly, disabled or otherwise homebound cannot access community or not-for-profit pantry events. We believe that there should be transportation service to deliver items from pantry services.
