- Idea Submission for The People's Money:
- Create a one-on-one assistance program where residents can get help reading letters, filling out applications, and uploading documents for things like benefits. This would make it easier for seniors, immigrants, and busy families to stay on the essential services.

- Many people need simple one-on-one help to send their mail, understand notices, and complete basic forms, specially seniors. Without this support, they risk missing important deadlines or losing services.
