Idea Submission for The People's Money:: We propose Independent Community Stewards through the most underserved zipcodes throughout the boroughs, in effort to steer resources directly into the hands of community members vs the funding of these resources lining officials pockets. There are too many funded resources that so many people know absolutely nothing about - social workers are not helping this issue.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?: because as it stands it is not getting any funding and year after year so many NYers go without services while funding for these unused services goes ...
