Idea Submission for The People's Money:
This was something done in midfle school but could be done with teenagers. This would be facilitated by a specialist but the program would be ran by teens. So it would be for teen mediation and solving conflict.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
This allows teenagers to engage in a healthy process of solving conflict. It allows them to hold their peers accountable as well.
