Idea Submission for The People's Money:: Canvassing and flyer posting by youth (16-24) (paid by stipends) to promote resource fairs with different NYC commissions at schools and parks for housing, SNAP benefits, healthcare access and protection.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?: Social services keep people alive in NYC. It created and nurtures community and well being and combats negative situations like loneliness, domestic and gender based violence, and housing crises. More funding would incentivize more enrollment and less stigma.
