Idea Submission for The People's Money:: A mentorship program within the Department of Small Business Services that can have portfolios of small businesses and guide them for their first year via a checklist of all main aspects that lead to a business's demise/success. Review of the checklist can be conducted every 2 months. Liasons from the mentorship program can also collaborate with campaigns like POWHERNY to further endorse diverse workspace pay equity.
