- Provide post secondary readiness skills workshops for families and people with disabilities. Provide information sessions for families and people with disabilities. Require more opportunities for meaninful employment as they transition to post secondary opportunities. Peer mentorship programs, worshops and more pay for people who are training people with disabilities.
