Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Parks and recreation centers should be mandatory. Keeping kids in volved in after school extra curriculars is extremely beneficial. The kids do their hobbies that they that they enjoy in safe areas. Children - teenagers need safe spots that are always there to lean back on.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
Rarely are there safe spots for children specifically teenagers. This leads to teenagers causing a ruckus on the streets of NYC and in worse scenarios this allows teenagers to fall into gang activity.
