Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Create or fund programs that take place in libraries or other buildings to provide recreational activities for teens.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
Many kids aren't allowed to go in certain malls/stores, but they don't have many places to go and hang out. Funding programs that keep teens busy will stop them from being in places they shouldn't and will keep them safe.
