- Mental health services can provide digital system to encourage people to get help and make it more accessible. Make medication more affordable for people who need it.

- We believe the CEC should fund for mental and behavioral health because a lot of the crimes being committed are caused the lack of access of mental care and a large amount of New Yorkers are losing their lives because of the lack of mental care they need.
