Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Because unless residents know about what's available (opportunities) these new and current resources go under utilized. So, public announcements via local cable TV channels & digital streaming channels with shot "local services spotlight" announcements will help increase awareness. "NY Minute" - improvement spotlight.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
To improve living standards for all NYC residents - how? Through the education/retraining/entrepeneurship workshops–But outreach is very important. Why?
