Financial Empowerment for young Bronx entrepreneurs

Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Afterschool Program geared towards teaching financial literacy to young entrepreneurs. Create a program to educate young adults with financial literacy on in both personal and business aspect. This can be done by hosting workshops that help with job training, business registrations and financing. These workshops can be hosted in Schools/Community Centers/Libraries and other public centers by presenters in the field that can host seminars/classes. Can outreach through organizations that partner with youth. Program can be hosted seasonally- 1 month class per every 3 months- so 4 sessions throughout the year. Can be online/in person.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
There is currently a large population of unemployed individuals that need assistance in obtaining jobs or gaining knowledge to empower them to create their own businesses and do it the correct way. There is a lack of guidance for young aspiring entrepreneurs.
