Provide Monthly case coordination for mental health, food resources, legal assistance, immigration services, housing- they will need to hire 3 positions a Director of Public Safety for Older Adults , Social Worker for wrap around services, Trainer specialized in de-escalation, CPR, Stop the Bleed- collaboration with SBH Health Systems, BRAG and community other partners
