Avatar: Micheal Chen Micheal Chen
Idea Submission for The People's Money:
This initiative seeks to improve safety and trust around Warren housing properties by creating a community partnership between residents, the NYPD Housing Bureau, and the Community Affairs Office. The program will focus on better communication, increased access to security resources, and collaborative problem-solving
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
Many residents do not feel safe in and around Warren housing properties due to limited visibility of security measures and weak connections with law enforcement. This lack of trust and engagement contributes to fear and vulnerability in the community.
