Idea Submission for The People's Money:: Workers should be allowed to unionize themselves for better chance at more opportunities. An internship focused on older adults (particularly looking to get into a new field) for a better chance at a job, and will help and offer support in getting into a union for older adults. This could be internships that could include trade schools, tech or plumbing, etc. It could be hybrid or in-person.
