Idea Submission for The People's Money:: To create a job fair for inclusive employment. To connect busiesses that are open to higing individuals with disabilities with talented job seekers who are eager to work, contribute and grow in inclusive work places. Focus on young adults and adults with disabilities.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?: Young adults and adults with disabilities do not have access to jobs. A job fair that is quarterly would let the community know what is availalbe for people with disabilities.
