Throughout four deliberation sessions, Assembly Members decided to advance this idea to one of the final borough ballots for New Yorkers to vote on. The idea has been edited by Assembly Members and CEC staff to fit ballot character limits and remove all references to specific institutions and geographies. Here is the final idea title and description as it will appear on the ballot:

- Launch Pad is a youth transition and resource navigation program, designed to support young adults 18-25. As they move from high school, or workforce. Personalized guidance, training, housing, healthcare, and employment resources.
- What is the problem your idea aims to address?
- High school graduates that still need support during early adulthood. No one addresses the transitional young adults 18-25. They have limited support if not in institution of help.
