Launch Pad is a youth transition and resource navigation program, designed to support young adults 18-25. As they move from high school, or workforce. Personalized guidance, training, housing, healthcare, and employment resources.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
High school graduates that still need support during early adulthood. No one addresses the transitional young adults 18-25. They have limited support if not in institution of help.
