Idea Submission for The People's Money:: Have people personally reach out to the homeless people to get them into shelters.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?: Alot of homeless live in the street and do not want to to go into shelters so handing out personal hygine kits with positive literature and small meals to increase quality of life.
