an advanced english training program that helps people to be ready for college to write english exams (TOEFL or IELIS) and to be confident for the marketplace
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
almost all the english trainings that the city offers are beginner or intermediate level which is not enough to have access to colleges or universities therefore we think we need more advanced english education (eg ToEFL).
