This idea has advanced to one of our five Borough Assemblies. Throughout four deliberation sessions, Assembly members will decide whether the idea moves on to the final ballot.
Mother Nature (That is the title)
- Idea Submission for The People's Money:
- Every month people vote for a different culture/group of people.Then the third weekend of the month we pick a park and celebrate that group with decorations, food, music,etc. At the same time weuse cutural beliefs to restore the park/plant trees since most cultures support giving to nature.
- What is the problem your idea aims to address?
- Arts/culture the uniquness of nyc which reflects its values and attracts tourist. Park/recreationhold u[ names like "the borough of parks"and help clearpolution and increase biodiversity andthey can go hand and hand.
