Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Mobile literacy trucks that travel to neighborhoods, senior homes, and partks. Those trucks can have smartpohones/tablets and volunteers that help spread the digital literacy to elders.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
Elders nowadays can't fit in the digital society anymore. They also can't take good care of themsevles. Instead of leaving them to seek for help, we should go and help them ahead.
