Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Weekly nights at the Hunts Point Public Library. Nights filled with paint and coffee for adults and children, but with children in a separate room been taken care of.

By increasing the budget in this area, adults, children and seniors may have access to activities that may decrease violence, increase educational opportunities and reduce stress levels.
