- Training for individuals to help them succeed in the workforce environment. Training for business owners/managers to be able to understand people with disabilities. Job fairs & workforce events to help identify employers/companies willing to hire disabled individuals. Train managers to help hire & retain special-needs individuals. For trainings: use agencies that specialize in special-needs & disabled individuals.
