Step one the city sends business owners and perspective business owners to local organizations to share their needs and ideas. Step two local organization shares needs with the city. Three city develops programming and trainings to help business leaders. Step four the business owners and prospective owners receive benefits from the program i.e. private loan counseling and waived permits fees

Businesses are the backbone of the community they create jobs and keep money in the neighborhood leading to self-sufficiency. This program aims to support this backbone
