Idea Submission for The People's Money:
After school trades program for high school students. This will provide other opportunities for students who don't see college as an option. This will also aid in funneling workers to local small businesses. Will assist in trade-based training and job application.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
High unemployment (even for the well-educated). Students see college as the only option for a career, even if it will send them into debt.
