Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Educating mainstream students about the disabled community and careers with the disabled community would involve after school interaction, training programs, after school information sessions, on-job opportunities with the disabled community, afterschool resource fairs with the disabled community, job fairs with the disabled community, flyers, social media campaigns to recruit high school students to careers with the disabled community, outreach to business for job fair and training.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
With the goal towards helping the disabled community, students in mainstream education need more interacting with information about this community. High school students need education and career opportunities with the disabled community.
