The program should be one where artists, musicians, poets, etc. go to the schools afterschool hours to teach them about their crafts and inspire a new generation of creativity,

Students today do not get enough art education in schools or in their communities. There should be an accessible art program afterschool in every community because kids can not always travel to ones that are available.
