- Training for staff who work with unhoused people to provide more compassionate and mental health informed practices into their work with folks experiencing homelessness. This would paired with a program that hires people with lived experience in these same settings.
- What is the problem your idea aims to address?
- Unhoused folks need more support; staff could be better trained to be more supportive and caring to them approach. Too much abuse of power in these settings.
