Children should never suffer because the parents don't have enough money. This is a basic need in our world today and it shouldn't be too much to ask to have children safe in a car seat. It would be ideal to give out car seats to grow with the child or create an ongoing car seat program that low-income families can access as they need age appropriate car seats. If we are smart then we can create a bigger program where all parents can also donate used car seats in good condition so then they can be reused. </div></dd>\n<dt name=\"checkbox-group-1756922140917-0\">Which groups does your idea focus on?
