Describe the challenge you want to address:

Address young people's lack of etiquette, Interaction with each other. Incorporate SEL. Addressing social issues more after COVID effects. Preparing them for young adulthood with self confidence and awareness.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Create program with workshops for: mental health, hygiene, SEL (mandatory). Field trips to expose the youth to other communities, cultures and traditions. With a community based coming of age celebration: Sweet 16, Quniceanera, Bat/Bar Mitzvah, Sankofa, etc.
