Getting people to understand disabled population of single parents

What is the solution to the challenge?

Training for direct support professionals lasting 30 days or more (read: continuous learning) with certification options (for employment) prior to their interaction with people with disabilities. Include a person centered plan and parents along with an opportunity for person(s) with disability to inform the staff/participants about productive ways to provide service to someone with disabilities.
